As you may or may not know, tomorrow Kenny Chesney rolls into Seatown for his Cruzan Rum Summer Flip Flop Tour 2007 with Brooks & Dunn, Sugarland, Sara Evans, and Pat Green. And you also probably didn’t know that IQ’s Michael Berlin and Kip Beelman will be joining KKWF Program Director Rob Walker for a day of serious shenanigans. Michael claims he’ll have his grill fired up by noon and that it’s going to be a looong and tequila soaked day. But the point of this post is really to share Rob’s latest promo with you… He has “flipped” Seattle’s New 100.7 The Wolf into Kenny FM for the weekend.
Rob elected to take three of his custom Wolf cuts and the close to his 55 Launchpad to re-brand them as Kenny FM. Jingle singer Emily McIntosh was in on Monday and added her vocal prowess to this adaptation… Notice how we had to reconstruct the dial position to accommodate the longer lyric of “Kenny FM”.
