Because I’m a Londoner
If you are a regular reader of our blog you’ll know that Michael Berlin is often to be found traveling around the USA to weddings, to play golf or to simply get away from us here at IQ HQ… He doesn’t really need an excuse. Steven “I’d rather stay in bed” Scalfati is usually less keen, but news reaches us today that the pair of them, having gone missing since last Thursday, have definitely been sighted in the UK.
We knew last week that a trip was in the air when Steven and Michael turned up with matching suitcases and left the office together three hours early. Looking back now, we guess the fact that Micheal had been heard singing “Maybe It’s Because I’m A Londoner” around the office was a huge clue. Spies in the UK tell us the pair have been seen in glamorous locations, wandering around Big Ben, enjoying a coffee in Covent Garden and walking down Staines high street. Something is definitely wrong with the last one… Don’t these guys know they have an image to protect?!
What you may not know is that Michael is originally from London even though he seems to have developed a very convincing Yankee accent! We think this trip is to catch up with old friends and to make some new ones, so if you do see them around say hi and don’t forget to let us know where they were spotted, what they were doing and more importantly for the team here drinking beer and on the PS3, when we can expect them back!
