New BBC Radio Manchester Themes

Managing Editor John Ryan and the fine folks at BBC Radio Manchester have begun airing some new themes to freshen up their original BBC Radio Manchester custom package from way back in the salad days of 2008 2007 2006.

Now in use are a new Top of Hour theme with updated Travel and Weather themes.

Thank you to BBC Radio Manchester’s Stuart Barrett for pulling some examples of the new themes being used on-air for your listening enjoyment here.

    I think your all your BBC Local packages are really good; its a shame Manchester is the only one now using them after Leeds/Kent & Stoke switched to a generic BBC Local package.
